Investigating the Role of Algorithmic Curation of Comments in Shaping Public Opinion

Ongoing project on responsible recommender systems with Prof. Jonathan Stray at CHAI (Center for Human-Compatible AI, Berkeley).

Explainable AI in Retinal Imaging for diagnosis of systemic diseases

An interpretable approach to stage-grading ocular pathologies using clinician input and retinal vessel parameters. Submitted to ICCV 2024.

Clinically Applicable AI for Retinal Imaging based Tele-ophthalmology for Primary Eye Care in India

Helped doctors review retinal scans more easily with a semi-automatic AI-based system

Alzheimer's Disease Detection

Worked as an RA. Analyzed hundreds of Brain MRI scans and worked with 3D-CNN architectures to classify Alzheimer's. Built a system with 89.9% accuracy.

Predicting Diabetes from EMR Data

A robust approach for the prognosis and diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus from EMR data: A comparative analysis of Deep learning and ML models (eg. SVMs, KNNs, decision trees)

It’s like Lonely Planet but it lets you generate customized trip itineraries. You can put in your trip details like “a 10 day adventurous trip to Bali” and it’ll generate a day-by-day plan of places to visit and activities 🏝.
